Y’all. The thought of dangling from a helicopter absolutely terrifies me. Anyone else?! That’s one of the reasons I admire photographer, Chloe Masco so darn much. This gal doesn’t just hang from planes, but she creates gorgeous art while doing so. Talk about a conversation piece. Chloe travels the world hunting for the perfect shot to add to her collection.

We’ve officially been homeowners for a month! Somedays it feels like we’ve lived here forever, now that we’ve settled into our new routine. Other days, it feels like we’re still in the “moving in” phase. Everyone keeps asking how it’s going and I have a standard response, “for some wild reason I thought we’d move in and everything would magically fall into place, we’d unpack all the boxes on day one, have furniture picked out for every room, and have every last detail in place within a few weeks.” Obviously I was
a bit very naive about how much work this was going to be. While it is starting to feel like our home, we’ve still got a ton of work to do. Folks keep telling us it’s going to be a work in progress forever. I get that. Cheers to progress not perfection!
A few shots of said progress….
Greetings from the middle of the madness. Our home sweet home is coming along, slowly but surely. We’re still knee deep in boxes and random belongings that don’t yet have a permanent place. I have however, taken it upon myself to style little corners of the house despite the madness. So today, I’m showing you a couple of my favorite little nooks and the printed photos that make me feel at home.
